Steam folder has nothing to do with the games program steam, just in case u got confused. There should have been a steam folder somewhere with the keygen/torrent when you extracted all the compressed.rar files. When I did it, it automatically located the directory for me though. Once that's done, load up FL studio and try to add an instrument through omnisphere.
