Installing Rear License Plate

Hi all, My name is CaleyJag and this is my first on here. Originally from Scotland, I'm now the proud owner of a 2008 Wrangler in sunny Southern California.

Removing the Stock License Plate Bracket So, in Greece Sportster models ship with a rear license plate bracket with light that you see in the following photograph with the license plate being removed. This is bolted with a Phillips screw you see on top of the rear fender and the two frame rail nuts on each side of the bike. A while back, a nice young lady ran into my jeep in a parking lot. There was damage to the bumper, which I don't care about (my jeep is destined for offroad upgrades in the future, and the bumper will be replaced. We'll talk about that later.) What is an immediate concern is the rear license plate - it was shattered and is currently hanging on by tape.

So, as a complete Wrangler novice, I have a few questions: 1.) Is there a better holder available on the market than the standard factory issue plastic one? 2.) Can I install it myself? 3.) I've attached a couple of pics. To me it looks like the two female bolt sockets on the body are damaged, and I presume also need to be replaced.

Jagged alliance 2 weapons. Is this tricky to do? The light is still working so it's just about roadworthy but I suspect it won't last too much longer if I don't replace it properly. I can't go for a spare wheel mounted solution as I almost always have mountain bikes mounted on it.
