The present invention relates to novel reproductive system related polynucleotides and the polypeptides encoded by these polynucleotides herein collectively known as “reproductive system related antigens,” and the use of such reproductive system related antigens for detecting disorders of the reproductive system, particularly the presence of cancers and cancer metastases. More specifically, isolated reproductive system associated nucleic acid molecules are provided encoding novel reproductive system associated polypeptides.

Novel reproductive system related polypeptides and antibodies that bind to these polypeptides are provided. Also provided are vectors, host cells, and recombinant and synthetic methods for producing human reproductive system associated polynucleotides and/or polypeptides. The invention further relates to diagnostic and therapeutic methods useful for diagnosing, treating, preventing and/or prognosing disorders related to the reproductive system, including reproductive system cancers, and therapeutic methods for treating such disorders. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of polynucleotides and polypeptides of the invention. The present invention further relates to methods and/or compositions for inhibiting the production and function of the polypeptides of the present invention. What is claimed is: 1.
Same problem here. HMA.exe shows up in task manager for a split second and then dies. Tried running from Steam, and the executable directly. Verified game cache, rebooted, updated drivers, run as administrator.nothing works. I registered just to let you guys know that I'm in the same boat with you. When I try to play Sniper Challenge I get: 'The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for H:SC.
Error code (41)' When I try to play Absolution, the mouse cursor does that blue circle spin for 2 seconds and then nothing happens. I preordered the game on Steam and the only game I have played so far is Hitman 1. All my drivers are up to date, my computer meets the requirements (Q9600, GF560Ti, 4GB RAM), I've verified cache for SC about 10 times and for Absolution 3 times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled both games and still NOTHING. I believe the problem exists with Steam - if the game would run and then crash to desktop Io Interactive or an old PC would be at fault, but the game doesn't launch AT ALL. Please don't overlook finding a fix for this, like you apparently did with Sniper Challenge. There is a Steam thread about this where someone claims to have contacted the Tech Support center for Square Enix and received a fix to the issue. Apparently you need to completely uninstall your virus protection, but I don't see how that's even a fix.
It makes little to no sense to have to uninstall your virus protection every time you want to play, and reinstall it every time you are done. A simple Exception Rule I can understand, but even that does not work.
